Cynthia Garcia-Cisneros, an illegal immigrant, recently had her immigration case dismissed, despite the fact that she was convicted of two felonies for a hit-and-run that resulted in the tragic deaths of two young girls.
From Oregon Live:
KGW reports that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement released the 19-year-old from custody on Aug. 14 after an immigration judge dismissed her case. The news station credited KXL radio as the first outlet to report on her release.

“Illegal immigrants that are in the USA and who commit crimes are a problem and a symptom.
The fact that they are here illegally is problem #1. The fact that they commit a crime is problem #2. That the Homeland Security System failed and allowed this to happen is an overriding problem.
Congress and the Judicial System are not immune either. All branches of government are failing the citizens of the USA when immigration laws are not enforced.”
