Woman Pepper Sprays People Not Wearing Masks

However, a woman in San Diego took it up a notch when she decided to pepper spray a couple not wearing a mask.
Here’s the real kicker though – the victims of the pepper spraying were in an outdoor, public park while eating lunch.
