Congress Could Put An End To Credit Card Gun Codes
From Bearing Arms:
However, with the new 119th Congress, the winds have shifted considerably. Rep. Riley Moore (R-West Virginia) introduced H.R. 1181, the Protecting Privacy in Purchases Act, in the House of Representatives in February. That bill already has 118 co-sponsors. In the Upper Chamber across the Capitol, Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-Tennessee) once again reintroduced his bill (S. 1715) and it already has 16 Senate cosponsors.
With President Donald Trump, who has vowed to protect Second Amendment rights, in the White House, the prospects have never been better for federal protections against this anti-privacy, anti-Second Amendment folly pushed by gun control activists and “woke” supporters in banking board rooms.
The Fight For Canadian Gun Rights Continues
From The Truth About Guns:
However, the fight in Canada for gun rights is not over, and in a recent bold stand for procedural fairness, Canadian lawyer Ian Runkle is taking the fight for firearms owners’ rights to the Supreme Court of Canada, and grassroots support is surging. Runkle’s crowdfunding campaign on GiveSendGo, titled “Procedural Fairness for Firearm Owners,” has raised over CAD $33,662 toward a $40,000 goal to cover mounting legal costs. The case challenges the Canadian government’s controversial “nullification” of thousands of firearms licenses, a move critics argue is a thinly veiled attempt to sidestep legal obligations and advance a broader gun confiscation agenda that has gradually eroded Canadian firearms rights.

Suppressor NFA Removal In The Budget Bill
From Bearing Arms:
Today, though, I get to take a step toward actual celebration, because the biggest Second Amendment legislative victory in my lifetime is one step closer to happening.
That’s right, boys and girls, suppressor delisting is back in the budget that was approved by the House on a 215-214 vote earlier today.
