Amazon Driver Kills Carjacker

An initial investigation showed that the Amazon driver was working in the area when they were approached by the suspect. The suspect attempted to take the worker’s vehicle at gunpoint.
At some point during the altercation, the suspect was shot by the worker. The suspect tried to drive away in the worker’s vehicle after sustaining the gunshot wound, but crashed the vehicle shortly after driving away.
Cleveland EMS pronounced the suspect dead at the scene.

Carrying In A National Park Is Still Confusing

While you can lawfully carry in a national park according to the laws of the state the park is in, “federal facilities” within the parks are still off limits. This basically means any building in which NPS personnel work, so the visitor center, many bathrooms and showers, and even some hotels are off limits. Worse, the National Park Service has stretched the reasonable definition of “building” to include natural structures like the caves at Carlsbad Caverns.
11 yr old Son Shoots Mother’s Attacker
