Did NBC Break The Law For Anti Gun Story?

To be clear, NBC’s “Inside look at the rising ‘ghost gun’ market in the U.S.” is without a doubt the most unethical, factually bankrupt hit-piece I have ever. There is not even a close second. Its badness is unrivaled, without peer.
Most gun owners don’t even realize that journalists have ethics they must follow, because when it comes to gotcha stories about guns, most journalists throw the ethics right out the window. Hillyard and his production crew were no different. They certainly didn’t let ethics or even facts get in the way of the biased story they wanted to tell.
Group Publishes List Of Anti-Gun Businesses
The Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms has launched a public campaign alerting gun owners about businesses and their CEOs who push for increased gun control and prohibition, identifying the culprits.
The “Don’t Feed the Gun Prohibitionists†project has developed a dynamic list of businesses and CEOs who have been pushing for new legislation designed to impair the rights of law-abiding firearms owners. The list may be found at www.ccrkba.org/antigunbusinesses.

That’s what this sniper rifle is, and that’s what all the various iterations of the AR-15 style assault rifles are. Military-grade killing machines. All of them are for sale on the open market here in the United States of America. You can go down to your local gun store and buy one tomorrow. That means you’ll be able to set the damn Scorpion up on its bi-pod and hit a so-called “soft target†so far away you need a goddamn telescope to see it.
Anti-Rights Initiative Brings Lawsuits In Washington State

Washington Secretary of State Kim Wyman certified the I-1639 “Gun Violence Prevention†ballot referendum for the November General Election after examining a random sample of 11,380 of the 378,085 signatures submitted by its sponsors. Wyman, a Republican, cautioned that “concerns remain†about the whether the format of the petition signature sheets complies with statutory requirements — as previously questioned by the gun rights groups — but said the initiative could move forward.
