The Political Prisoners of the Biden Administration

From American Gulag:

Jan. 6 protester John Steven Anderson died last week while waiting trial on trumped-up charges by the Biden DOJ against him for protesting at the US Capitol in January.

John Anderson was accused by the government of assaulting police after he was sprayed with pepper spray, couldn’t breathe, and actually asked the police for assistance who then helped him to safety. He was surrounded by police the entire time and yet was later charged with assaulting police. It was all made up.

Anderson died last week awaiting trial.

Is California’s Law Causing Supply Delays?

From TuckingInfo.com:

So I believe President Joe Biden and his administration have a big blind spot when it comes to labor issues. He seems to think that labor unions are the only answer, and that independent contractors are all like exploited sweatshop workers.

But a great many independent contractors, inside trucking and out, don’t want to be employees. They value the freedom and entreprenuerial spirit that working primarily, or even entirely, for a single company as a contractor offers, while it also provides some stability in having regular work.

Banning Long Guns From Young Adults Violates Public Accommodation

From Reason:

Oregon is one of the states that bans retailers from discriminating based on age against customers age 18 and above. (Some states don’t have such rules, or have an age 21 cutoff.) The Oregon statute says it generally applies to any person who is “of age,” which appears to mean 18, the age of majority in Oregon, at least for those products that are legal to sell to 18-to-20-year-olds (as long guns are in Oregon). Indeed, the statute specifically mentions alcohol and marijuana sellers for special treatment, but makes no such special provision for gun sellers
