From Guns.com:
An inevitable part of concealed carry is printing and learning how to avoid it. The result of gear and clothes that just aren’t working together, printing can ruin any concealed carrier’s day; but with a few tips and tricks, concealed carriers can escape the printing problem and be on the way to comfortable, successful concealment.
RI State Police Colonel Says It’s Too Easy To Get CHL
From Bearing Arms:
“There’s no scenario-based training, no low-light level training, no storage of firearms training, no, uh, so uh, I think there are holes in the concealed carry permitting system.â€
California City With Most Carry Permits Has Least Homicides
From Bearing Arms:
New data out of California provides more evidence that the presence of legal gun owners and lawful gun carries doesn’t increase crime. The Fresno Bee recently reported that Fresno County has the highest number of concealed carry licensees in the state, followed by Orange County. If “more guns equals more crimeâ€, then more people carrying guns should lead to more crime as well, and yet both Fresno and Orange County have lower homicide rates than Los Angeles County, home to more than 10-million residents but just 424 concealed carry licensees.
South Dakota Now Constitutional Carry State
From AP:
South Dakota is the 14th state to enact such a law for both residents and visitors. Pennington County Capt. Marty Graves tells KOTA-TV he thinks it’s a good thing for gun owners. Graves says it will lighten the work load for his office because it will no longer issue the permits and collect the fees.
Constitutional Carry Bill In Ohio
From Guns.com:
The measure, HB 178, eliminates the state’s concealed weapons license requirement and codifies the right of a person who is 21 or older and not otherwise prohibited from possessing a firearm to carry a handgun without first getting a CWL. The bill won the 7-4 approval of the House Federalism Committee this week.
Naroh N1 Review
When I heard about the Naroh N1, I wasn’t expecting it to be as small as it was. Note the photo above. That’s my GLOCK 42 in .380 ACP on top of the Naroh N1 9X19. I swapped my G43 with the G42 because the G43 was just a little too big to boot carry.  I can boot-carry the N1.
Although the N1 is Naroh’s first 100% in-house-designed firearm, the same folks have been wholesale suppliers for other people’s gun parts for years now. They already have the machine capability, the in-house design team, and several patents.
Get Fit and Stay Armed
From Guns.com:
Perfecting that beach body isn’t always easy, especially if you want to be comfortable and protected at the same time. You don’t have to sacrifice fitness for protection though if you know what to look for. Guns like the Glock 42, Sig P365, and Ruger LCP are all very concealable and pair well with a plethora of holsters designed for workout. Deciding which holster and gun combo that will work for you is as much dependent on the types of movement you plan on doing as it is the caliber you like.
Bill Introduced To Prevent Conflict With Gun-Free Schools Act
From Guns.com:
The Constitutional Carry States’ Rights Act was filed last week by U.S. Sen. Mike Rounds, a South Dakota Republican, who stressed the state’s pending permitless concealed carry law could pose an issue for those passing near school zones. In short, the federal Gun-Free School Zones Act bans carrying firearms within 1,000 feet of a school zone, with an exception for those with a carry permit. Supporters of the bill fear that those practicing legal constitutional carry may not meet that exception.

In that same vein, The Well Armed Woman, which has thousands of members in hundreds of chapters across the country, is inviting women to participate in #NotMe Day shooting event on Saturday, June 1.
Armed Teachers In Florida
From Guns.com:
DeSantis eschewed calls from gun control groups and signed SB 7030 into law this week. The move allows school or contract employees, as well as law enforcement officers, to be armed under Florida’s new Guardian Program provided they are appointed by the local district superintendent and approved by the school board. The current program is more limited in who can participate, in most cases specifically excluding teachers.
Michigan Moves Toward Constitutional Carry

Michigan gun owners could carry concealed weapons without a license, letting license-holders carry in gun-free zones and carry loaded weapons on off-road vehicles under Republican-sponsored bills pending in the state House.

Some of the biggest buzz in Indy last week centered around Florida-based Naroh Arms and their all-new N1 micro compact pistol design. The N1 is a hammer-fired single-stack that delivers seven rounds of 9mm in a design that incorporates a 7075 aluminum receiver with full-length rails along with a steel barrel and slide.

Filled with lacy, feminine designs, the women’s holster arena often caters to fashion and comfort. Hidden Heat Lace Holster by Miss Concealed is one such holster. Constitutional Carry On Horizon In Alabama
From NRA-ILA:
The Alabama Senate could bring Senate Bill 4, Constitutional Carry, to the floor for a vote next week! SB 4, sponsored by Senate Gerald Allen (R-21), would recognize a law-abiding citizen’s unconditional Right to Keep and Bear Arms for self-defense in the manner they choose. Â
